Companies wait and see within the uncertain labor market position

Hungarian employers expect uncertain labor market position for the first quarter of next year. More than three quarters of them are not planning to change the number of the staff, 9 percent of them are planning recruitments, 11 percent are planning dismissals – shows the recent representative survey of Manpower labor market service provider.

At the result describing press conference on Tuesday in Budapest, Kiss Judit, managing director of Manpower Hungary said: the Manpower labor market indicator – which is calculated from the difference between the proportion of recruitments and dismissals – in March 2013 was minus 2 points. Kiss Judit emphasized in a quarterly comparison, the recruitment willingness weakened by 2 percentage points, while on an annual comparision improved by 12 percentage points.
