Companies offering excellent client service
ClientFirst Consulting tested more than 1,500 shops and places where consumers are served before announcing this year’s ‘Excellence in Client Service’ award winners. In the large companies category Telenor Magyarország Zrt. and dm Kft. finished first, while DHL and KIA Motors Hungary Kft. were the best in the medium-sized business category. The ‘Best Service Experience’ prize was awarded in three categories: in personal services Diego Kereskedelmi Kft. won, in telephone services DHL Express Magyarország Zrt. finished first and in online services Telenor Magyarország Zrt. was the best – informed István Mózes, managing partner of ClientFirst Consulting. //
