Excellent grape harvest is predicted in Ópusztaszer
If in the remainder part of the winter and and in early spring there will not be severe frost in the vineyards, this year’s harvest is expected to be excellent, there will be plenty of wine – this was forecasted at the 2nd Wine Assembly at the Ópusztaszer National Historical Memorial Park on Sunday.
Kalmár István, the mountain judge of Mórahalom told that the plants are healthy, the grape buds are green. If the mild weather will not be followed by severe frosts, the farmers will not have to worry. (MTI)
