The number of Hungarian tourists in Croatia increased significantly
Compared to last August, almost 17 percent more Hungarians spent their holidays in Croatia last month. Among the major sending countries Hungary reached the second highest growth in the number of tourists.
Marin Skenderovic, Head of the Croatian National Tourist Board’s Representation in Budapest told MTI on Monday, that only the 19.7 percent growth rate of the Poles is higher than the Hungarian datas. Due to the expansion the number of guest nights of Hungarian tourists also increased by more than 12 percent. Hungary is the eight major toursist sending country in Croatia. (MTI)
