Excellent grape harvest was predicted in Ópusztaszer
Excellent grape harvest and cheerful vintage were predicted by the farmers in the surrounding vineyards and wine communities on the St. Vincent’s Day event in the Ópusztaszer National Historical Memorial Park on Sunday.
After cutting three arrows in the vineyard of the memorial park, Kalmár István, Mountain Judge from Mórahalom said that the plant is healthy, the buds of the vines are green. The vines are elastic, they are well-balanced, the ratio of the bast and the intestine is proper. If the mild weather will not be followed by severe frosts, and the temperature will not drop below minus 15 degrees, there is no reason to worry about. (MTI)
