The Association of Small Breweries is developing small-scale brewing as a result of the amendment to the Commercial Act
The small-scale beer brewing sector is developing due to the commercial law passed by the parliament last Friday, which means that the system of product exclusivity contracts in restaurants will be abolished – Gyenge Zsolt, president of the Association of Small-Brewed Breweries (KSE) said in Budapest.
The President explained that the amendment to the law would reduce the market-restrictive activity of beer multis and, similarly to their Czech, German, Belgian and other European counterparts, would ensure Hungarian small factories to sell their products freely in restaurants. (MTI)
