Hungarian nominee of Young Chefs’ World Championship: Erik Kiss
Erik Kiss (Four Seasons) won the Hungarian selection of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs young chef competition, finishing ahead of 11 other chefs younger than 27 years. On 7 September he will represent Hungary at the world championship in Taiwan. For the 5th time the METRO Gastro Academy hosted the Hungarian final, where contestants had 3 hours to cook a 3-course menu. //
