KISOSZ: the domestic hospitality is suffering

According to the interest organization of the hospitality industy; the sector faces a number of difficulties; such as smoking ban or the Széchenyi Rest Card, while during the summer season, the highways are attracting the visitors to foreign countries, from the domestic caterers. However, due to the high degree of competition the quality of services has improved at the Lake Balaton and at the Lake Tisza.

“On the finished M6 and M7 Motorways it is relatively easy to reach the beaches of the adriatic. This affects very negatively the domestic retail entrepreneurs” – said Kovács László, Economics Director of the National Federation of Traders and Caterers (KISOSZ) – reports [origo].
