Special retail tax: the EU decided in the NAV vs. Hervis case
The special retail tax on ventures, that are connected to companies, that have their seats in another Member States was considered to be indirect discrimination – the Court of Justice of the European Union said in the Hervis sporting goods distributor’s trial against NAV.
