IKEA is expanding with small shops
Since the market turnaround in 2015, IKEA’s smaller retail stores, the so-called pop-up stores, have recently opened, most recently in Zurich, but there are several small stores in Canada, Norway, the United Kingdom and even in major cities in Japan and China – origo wrote.
“IKEA’s long-term goal is to get closer to its customers, therefore the home furnishing company is testing different solutions in each market” – IKEA Magyarország told Világgazdaság.
The expansion in Hungary depends largely on the reception of the pop-up store in Prague that will open in the summer. (origo)
