Mr Cui showed the customers the door when they helped themselves to an all-you-can-eat buffet then asked for dessert, even though their dishes were only half-empty.
He refused to serve the trio with their pudding and ordered staff to expel them before they could finish their drinks.
He later said he was unrepentant after the incident at the Bamboo Mongolian Barbeque in Gothenburg, Sweden.
If the diners were upset, he would allow them back to have their dessert – but only if they ate it on the street, he said.
Mr Cui added: ‘I don’t care if they have one plate or ten plates but I expect people to eat all their food and not to waste it. Sit here all day if you like but don’t throw away food.’
Diner Danilo Riquelme, 22, said: ‘He completely went off the rails and told us all to go to hell and said he never wanted to see us again.
‘My friend wasn’t even allowed to finish his beer.’
