China can be the most important export market for Hungarian agricultural products

In the coming years, China is the most important export market for quality Hungarian agricultural products, and it is the 4th most important destination country of the Hungarian wine export – Fazekas Sándor Minister of Agriculture told M1 news channel.

Over the past five years, agricultural exports to China have grown tenfold. On an annual basis, an average growth of 15 to 20 percent was recorded, 25 percent more Hungarian agricultural products were delivered to China this year, he said.

He emphasized that in the Central and Eastern European region, Hungary has the most export license, which currently covers 12 product areas and its expansion is being discussed. (MTI)
