China sets economic growth of around 5.5% by 2022
China has set an economic growth goal of around 5.5 percent by 2022, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Saturday at the opening of the annual session of the National People’s Congress. They would also keep consumer prices stable, setting a consumer price index of around 3 percent again this year, in line with last year’s target. The budget deficit is set at 2.8% of GDP.
