The hamburger will be skipped from the hamburger tax
The government would introduce public health product fee on too salty and sugary foods and drinks from next January. The resulting 20-30 billion HUF revenue would go for medical purposes.
The burgers and ready meals for this time will be exempted.
According to the plans a 20-30 billion income is expected, from the tax. A part of this amount would go to health purposes (health, centrally organized screening programs, education etc), the other part, would go to increase salaries – reports Világgazdaság Online.
