EU regulations defining the new Common Agricultural Policy have been published
As a result of a three-and-a-half year series of negotiations, on 6 December 2021, the EU Regulation on the CAP Strategic Plan, which is a reform package, and the EU Regulation amending the Single Common Market Organisation were published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The legislation will enter into force from the day following its publication, but will apply from 1 January 2023.
