The finalists of the winermaker of the winemakers award was announced

Berecz Stephanie Bussay László, Ipacs Szabó István, Jásdi István and Tiffán Ede are the finalists of the winemaker of the winemakers award this year.

The nominees of one of the most prestigious domestic wine industry recognition are compiled from this year by the former and current title holders, and then the fifty nominated winemakers will select the finalists of this year and finally the winemaker of the winemakers.

On the basis of the candidates' votes the top five finalists are: Berecz Stephanie (Tokaj Kikelet, Tokaj-Hegyaljai wine region), Bussay László (Bussay Winery, Zalai wine region), Ipacs Szabó István (Vylyan Vineyard és Winery, Villányi wine region), Jásdi István (Jásdi Cellar, Balatonfüred-Csopaki wine region) és Tiffán Ede (Tiffán Ede és Zsolt Winery, Villányi wine region) – the organizers told MTI on Monday.
