The government pays to Hungarian Sugar Ltd

The government is willing to pay the money promised to sugar beet growers within the compass of a national support regulation. The cash will be paid in advance to Hungarian Sugar Ltd. – the Ministry of Rural Development (VM) informed MTI.

According to the information published on the government's website, the Kaposvár-based sugar factory will receive 800 million HUF by the end of February, which the government the goverment was unable to pay previously to sugar beet producers, due to the difficult economic situation last year.
