One purchaser is out of competition for Borsodi Brewery

The venture capital ace could not obtain sufficient credit, and therefore got out of the competition of purchasing the Hungarian Borsodi Brewery.

According to Bloomberg’s information; KKR has withdrawn from ther competition due to the lack of bank financing. According to the news the two remaining companies which are still in competition faced serious difficulties, when they tried to get loan for the transaction so the 2.6 billion USD proposed purchase price almost certainly will not be offered to the seller – reports Portfolio.hu.
