Horticulture, animal husbandry and the manufacturing industry will play a key role

In the next cycle of the EU, the Hungarian government wants to give a key role to horticulture and animal husbandry, Feldman Zsolt told on Szentes on Friday, at a conference held on the occasion of the Day of Hungarian Paprika.

The Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture highlighted that these sectors are need to be strengthened, because they employ so many people. He added that the government would like to put more emphasis on the manufacturing sector as well. The politician said this is in line with the government policy, which aims to improver the situation of the small and medium-sized farms. (MTI)
