The performance of the five star hotels is outstanding in the first quarter

The five star hotels performed especially well in the first quarter of this year. According to the analysis of the Hungarian Association of Hotels and Restaurants (MSZÉSZ), the performance of the sector at national level is pulled up by the five star hotels.

The survey highlights that 53.7 percent average occupancy achieved in the category is 5 percentage points higher, the 30,980 average gross room rate is 10.7 percent higher, while the 16,649 HUF gross RevPAR is 17.6 per cent higher than in 2013. (MTI)
