It was revealed how much Tesco’s first person earns
The CEO of Tesco, Ken Murphy, will receive a record salary of 10 million pounds (~4.6 billion forints) this year, which consists of base salary and performance-based benefits.
Retail Gazette reports that the pay includes a base salary of £1.4m and a performance-based bonus worth £8.7m. The latter is more than double last year’s £4.4 million.
In addition, Murphy’s compensation includes an annual bonus of up to £3.6m and a share-based bonus currently worth around £5.1m. These benefits are scheduled to be paid in June.
