It turned out: this is where Marco Rossi took his wife after the winning match
For Marco Rossi, the past period represented several milestones in his life: he turned 59, roughly at the same time as the 5th anniversary of his appointment. The defeat of Serbia away from home was another crown jewel among the successes of the captain who has led the Hungarian national team since 2018, but how can he reconcile his family life and the captaincy? He also talked about this at a special program at MOL’s partner’s coffee roasting plant, where he came together with his wife, Mariella, to personally test the new Fresh Corner coffees.
Marco Rossi has been living in Hungary for more than ten years now, although his real home is in Naples – but his wife, Mariella, often accompanies the Italian professional to various programs and travels with him between the two countries.
This year, the captain celebrated his 34th wedding anniversary with his beautiful wife, Mariella, so theirs is true love. When they met, Mariella was twenty years old and worked at a travel agency. The players of the local soccer team, Campania Puteolana, where Marco was also playing at the time, always bought their plane tickets from her. The meeting turned into dinner, then marriage, and since then they have been raising their son, Simon, and daughter, Gaia, in an exemplary manner.
