Restaurant opens like a can
It is a sin to use canned food in restaurants, but it is a completely different thing if we look at a restaurant as a can that we can open. This is the case with Müvbox in Montreal’s old port: it is a standard-sized container which turns into a small fast food restaurant in 90 seconds, with the push of a button. Four people can work in the kitchen of this environmentally friendly restaurant that seats 28 guests and costs USD 150,000.
