The agricultural use of the domestic mineral resources is untapped – Nagy István, Parliamentary Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) drew attention at a press conference on Tuesday.
Some non-metallic minerals are suitable to improve soil, such as limestone, dolomite, peat, lignite powder, zeolite and tuff. According to Nagy István, the use of these materials is a long-term investment, as theyl contribute to achieving sustainable organic agriculture
