The success of agriculture is mainly affected by the availability of EU funds

“This year’s outlooks for the Hungarian agriculture will seem to be good this year, similar to last Year’s performance. On the basis of our survey, carried out among domestic SMEs it can be seen that the agricultural companies are more optimistic than average of the SMEs in case of their own situation and the economy as a whole” – informs Németh László, leader of the K&H SME Marketing Department.

“The effectiveness of agricultural companies are mainly affected by the company's finances, and by the legislations. However, the significance of EU funds is much higher in the agricultural sector, compared to the companies of all other sectors, because EU subsidies have become a very significant factor in the revenues of the agriculture.”- added Németh László.
