K&H: The number of companies going out of business has increased, the spirit of entrepreneurship has declined
By September, the number of newly registered sole proprietors and joint ventures decreased by more than a tenth compared to the same period last year, while the number of closing joint ventures increased by more than 40 percent. K&H therefore encourages company managers to change their attitude, to dare to open up to other entrepreneurs, the first step of which can be to share their business premises. By moving together, serious cost savings can be achieved, the network of contacts and the circle of customers can be expanded, and even marketing can be more effective.
According to the latest data from the KSH, up to September this year, the number of newly registered sole proprietors decreased by 12%, while the number of newly registered joint ventures decreased by 15% compared to the same period last year, while the number of closing joint ventures increased by 41%. In order to reverse this negative trend, the SME sector, which forms the backbone of the domestic economy, needs a change of attitude. As a first step, it is worth thinking about having a partner company, which can bring benefits such as cost reduction, expansion of the network of contacts and customer circle, a wider range of products and services, or more effective marketing.
