K&H: Large companies are not expecting a very bright year
The downward trend typical of the past year has been broken, but large companies still see 2023 pessimistically. The K&H large company growth index was corrected from -15 to -10 points in the last quarter. The reason behind the change is that the panic in the previous quarter’s perception of the economy has eased.

The perception of the economy has improved
After the low point of the previous quarter, the K&H large company growth index did not decrease further, which examines the expectations of Hungarian companies with annual sales of over two billion forints for the next year.
“The K&H corporate growth index was corrected from -15 to -10 points in the last quarter of the year. This broke the downward trend typical of the past year, but overall, large domestic companies still see 2023 pessimistically”
– said Gábor Rajna, head of the K&H Business Clients Division.
