K&H: companies are waiting for EU tendering opportunities
There has been a huge increase in interest from SMEs in EU tendering opportunities, the first quarter results of the K&H SME Confidence Index research showed. Four out of 10 businesses are seriously interested in a tender and more than half of them believe it is realistic to have EU funds. In addition, the Interest-Free Restart Quick Loan can be of great help, which is already available to them.
EU funds will soon be able to give a boost to the Hungarian economy, as the resources left over from the 2021-2027 and previous cycles, as well as next generation EU (NGEU) funds, will provide hungary with a total of around EUR 51.6 billion in available aid. Although the government has not yet Hungary the own-force legislative framework for the application of the funds, the companies’ expectations for the use of EU funds have already increased.
