The integration of agricultural higher education is beginning
The integration of agricultural higher education is beginning, and by the beginning of next year, one of the largest universities in Hungary will be established under the name of Szent István University with five campuses, 20,000 students and 3,500-4000 employees – Gyuricza Csaba, Director General of the National Agricultural Research and Innovation Center said in Kaposvár.
After the staff forum at the University of Kaposvár, the director general, who also chairs the integration preparatory committee, reported at a press conference that the Georgikon faculty of Keszthely and the Károly Károly Eszterházy University in Eger would merge into Szent István University in Gödöllő at the end of July.
