Initially, the corporate sales market declined and then rebounded as a result of the pandemic
The pandemic led to a downturn and then a recovery in the divestiture and acquisition market in 2020, Allen & Overy international law firm announced in its latest quarterly survey.
They highlighted: the value of M&A transactions fell by 8 percent while its volume fell by 9 percent in 2020.
Hungary doubled last year, with a total transaction value of 1.13 billion USD, more than double the total transaction value of nearly 530 million USD in 2019, they said. (MTI)
