Hungarian sellers are short of smiles
In 93 percent of the examined cases, the customers were welcomed in the stores in Hungary, which is a better rate than the global average, but the domestic sellers still smiling less. This ratio is only 79 percent. They finished in the middle field of the survey – the ClientFirst Consulting Kft. informed MTI on Monday.
According to the communication during the tenth customer service survey, shoppings were conducted in 53 countries. The results were made with the evaluation of more than 1.6 million responses.
The world average is 83 percent (smiling sellers) 86 percent of the customers were welcomed, but only 57 percent of the customers were given advices to buy other products or services. (MTI)
