Hungarian sellers smiled less last year
The customer service development would require a change in perception at home
Hungarian sellers smiled a little less than in the previous two years, however, they greet the customers in more than 90 percent of the cases – a customer service survey reveals.
In the stores in Hungary, the sellers greeted the customers in 91 percent of the cases. They smile in 77 percent of the cases, compared to the 81 percent of the previous year. However, in the recommendation of additional products, services, ie the related sales, Hungarian sellers reached 52 percent, which represents an improvement, compared to the previous years. (MTI)
