The beekeepers can expect less rape honey this year
The beekeepers expect less rape honey this year, because the cold weather in March caused a delay in the generation change in bees – the Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County advisor of the National Association of Hungarian Beekeepers (OMME) told MTI.
Molnár Ferenc said that after the sudden summer came right after the cold March, the fruit trees started to bloom, but the pace of the development of bees was not as fast. He added: rape is already blooming, but bees are still not in the proper condition. (MTI)
