Few reeds will be harvested at Lake Balaton this season
At Lake Balaton, far fewer reeds are harvested this year than would be necessary, because the National Directorate-General for Water Management (OVF) cannot carry out the work on its own due to lack of tools, but at the same time there are fewer and fewer companies engaged in thatching.
