Trans-Sped switches to a dual management model: Sándor Bátki joins as co-director
Trans-Sped will strengthen its senior management structure from February 2026: Sándor Bátki will be appointed as co-managing director alongside the current independent managing director, Szabolcs Fülöp. In the meantime, Olivér Sziller will support the company’s economic area as deputy managing director.
According to the announcement, the aim of the new line-up is to separate the focus of operational management and strategic construction. Based on the division of tasks, Sándor Bátki is responsible for the operational, professional management of sales and logistics areas, Szabolcs Fülöp focuses on long-term strategic and business development directions, while Olivér Sziller will strengthen management in the financial and financing areas.
The company highlighted that the dual managing structure is not unprecedented in the company’s life, it has been used before to support complex operations and growth.
