From October 1, 2025, Viktor Göltl will manage the Hungarian operation of the WHC Group, in the position of sole managing director. In the structure that replaces the previous co-managing model, Péter Berta will focus on the international expansion of the entire WHC Group and the management of foreign subsidiaries. The aim of the change is to enable the group to manage its outstanding growth in the domestic market and its international expansion even more effectively.

WHC Kft. has shown extraordinary growth in recent years, as a result of which it has become one of the most influential players in the domestic market. Based on the data of the Budapest Business Journal from January 2025, the HR service provider has strengthened its second place in the ranking of Hungarian temporary employment agencies, while getting noticeably closer to the leader in terms of financial results. Furthermore, the company’s dynamic development is also demonstrated by the fact that the number of temporary employees increased by approximately 600 people in the space of a year, making WHC the largest temporary employment agency among Hungarian employers.

With 25 years of professional experience behind him, Viktor Göltl will take over the sole management of the Hungarian entity. He began his career in 2000 as a project manager-HR consultant, and in 2012 he joined the WHC Group as co-managing director, where he was responsible for HR services. His professional vision is to build an internationally recognized group of companies that combines high professional quality with the most modern technological solutions and efficient work processes.

“It is a great honor and a huge responsibility to take over the full management of the Hungarian operation in these challenging times,” said Viktor Göltl. “The results of the recent period, one of which is the first place in terms of employment, were achieved through the dedicated work of our entire team. My goal is not only to maintain this momentum, but to further strengthen it. In the future, we will also focus on technological innovations, the simplification of our processes and high-quality, customer-centric services.”

The transformation of the management structure will allow CEO Péter Berta to focus on the international strategy of the WHC Group, supporting the growth of foreign subsidiaries, while Viktor Göltl will be responsible for further exploiting domestic successes and the efficient operation of the Hungarian operation.
