Two billion investment: Lurdy House is a defining player in Budapest’s business and service sector
With a development worth nearly two billion forints, the Lurdy House has been completely transformed, and is now one of the most modern, multifunctional business and service centers in the 9th district of Budapest.
Thanks to the investment, the nearly ninety thousand square meter complex has further increased its economic significance and has become a key player in the business and commercial development of the region. The renovation was initiated as an integral part of the dynamic growth of the region, adapting to the expanding economic opportunities and the changing needs of the business sector.
During the four-year development that has been completed so far, the interior coverings, the community spaces of the shopping and office center, the technical system of the event center, and the lighting of the building have been completely renewed. Thanks to the transformations, the complex meets the business and commercial expectations of the 21st century in every respect.
However, the modernization goes beyond real estate development. Lurdy House is now not only a commercial center that meets everyday needs, but also a business and recreational space with a wide range of services that complements and supports the economic and social life of the region. A premium-equipped 2,500 m² gym, a modern 1,000 m² climbing center, and a cryo center offering innovative regeneration treatments are also available to visitors, further increasing the attractiveness of the complex. A modern combat sports center will also open its doors in the near future, which is planned to become one of the major sports centers of Budapest.
