Two billion HUF tendering opportunity to support the Hungarian pig and poultry sector’s disease protection investments
The Ministry of Agriculture announced a call for tenders in the framework of the Rural Development Program to support the epidemiological investments of the swine and poultry sector, which are most affected by epidemic risks and have the most efficient protection for development – Nagy István said.
The Minister emphasized the aim of the new call for “Improvement of disease control systems in poultry and pig farms” to reduce the risk of various epidemic animal diseases in animal farms by supporting the acquisition and development of various technological applications. Within this framework, for example, investments related to disease control related to construction, as well as the purchase of non-construction related equipment and machinery related to disease control may be supported.
