Two new warehouses will be built this year in Fót and Páty – the domestic developer’s offering will be expanded by 88 thousand square meters
HelloParks has started the construction of two new sustainable industrial and logistics halls, totaling more than 88 thousand square meters, in Fót and Páty, so that by the end of the year there will be 11 buildings available in the company’s megaparks. The developments respond to market demand: the majority of the halls that have already been handed over are operating at almost full capacity at both locations. The buildings are being built in accordance with the requirements necessary for the highest BREEAM New Construction sustainability category, Outstanding, and the strict conditions of the EU Taxonomy Regulation.
The construction of the fourth building, PT5, has started in the HelloParks Páty megapark. The structure of the hall is already completed, and the pouring of the concrete floor will begin soon, and the handover is expected in the third quarter of this year. Together with the 42,000 square meter BigBox hall under construction, a total of 184,000 square meters of modern industrial space will be created in the Páty park. The three previously handed over halls are operating with an occupancy rate of 84 percent. Among the tenants are well-known international shipping and logistics service companies such as dm-Drogerie Markt, DHL, Gebrüder Weiss and Transdanubia. The 87-hectare HelloParks Páty is located in the western agglomeration of Budapest, along the M1 motorway, near the M0 and M7 junctions, in an ideal location for local, national and international transport.
The development has also entered a new phase in Fót: the earthworks of the FT3 hall have begun, and the first columns will soon be in place. The handover of the building is expected by the end of the year. With the 46,000 square meter BigBox hall, the megapark will expand to four buildings, bringing the total completed area to 164,000 square meters. Nearly 100 percent of the three halls already in operation have already found tenants, including well-known companies such as BYD and Samsung. The extremely favorable, 57-hectare HelloParks Fót is located in the northern neighborhood of Budapest, next to the junction of the M0 motorway and the M3 motorway, where 254 thousand square meters of industrial space can be developed. Uniquely in Hungary, each completed facility in the park has EU Taxonomy certification.
