Two new senior managers at Rossmann
The strategic development of Rossmann Hungary receives new momentum through the expansion of its executive team: Éva Szimeiszter has joined as Head of Procurement, and Miklós Czeglédi as Head of Strategic IT and Data.
Éva Szimeiszter – Two decades of retail experience

Éva Szimeiszter
Éva holds a degree in food engineering, but turned to retail early in her career, joining Tesco during its launch in Hungary. She spent 20 years in procurement roles at Tesco, then moved on to lead the MOL Group’s non-fuel retail division, where she built a successful team and achieved remarkable business results. In 2020, she returned to Tesco, and now brings fresh energy as Rossmann’s new Head of Procurement.
“I believe procurement is the engine of a company, enabling us to invest more in our customers. My goal is to build more efficient, data-driven processes and collaborate actively with our partners,”
– said Éva, who is inspired daily by shared achievements and new challenges.
Miklós Czeglédi – IT, data, and digital transformation expertise

Miklós Czeglédi
Miklós, who holds degrees in IT and economics, recently joined Rossmann with extensive industry experience. He has worked at companies such as Lidl, FrieslandCampina, and Auchan – where, as Digital Director, he led IT, data management, digital transformation, and e-commerce operations. He also spent two years at FrieslandCampina’s headquarters in the Netherlands, working on global e-commerce and CRM projects.
“At Rossmann, we are working to position IT as a strategic partner to support the company’s digital evolution, enhance customer experience, and build a data-driven operation,”
– emphasized Miklós.
Rossmann is committed to working with leaders who shape the company’s future with innovative thinking, professional dedication, and a people-centric approach. The addition of Éva and Miklós marks a key milestone on this journey.
