Two months respite was given to the SMEs
SMEs should connect their online cash machines to the National Tax and Customs Administration until 1 September instead of the previous deadline of 30 June – Giró-Szász András, government spokesman told. The change was initated by Varga Mihály, Minister for Economic Affairs, after consulting with professional organizations.
Varga Mihály, Minister for Economic Affairs negotiated with the leaders of the major commercial advocacy organizations last Friday and said that he proposes the government to consider the two month delay of the installation of the online cash registers. Giró-Szász András government spokesman said that these two months should be sufficient for safe transition.
