Free pálinka distillation is two years old

The free pálinka distillation called attention to the importance of fruit landraces, however, the number of competitions have shown that private distilerries can produce high-quality distillates – V. Németh Zsolt, State Secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development told on Thursday, in Pórszombat, Zala County.

V. Németh Zsolt spoke at the second anniversary of free pálinka distillation that the entry of the law, not only allowed the homemade production of pálinka, but it contributes to the preservation of rural lifestyle as well. (MTI)
