In Two Years a Luxus Hotel will open on Budapester Szabadsag square

After reconstruction a 5 stars hotel will stand on the corner of October 6. street. The spanish developer is now looking for future operator.

Spanish-owned real estate consultant and management company HI Grupo Kft will complete the renovation of a EUR 12 mln boutique hotel project in Hungary's capital city Budapest by the end of 2009.

The 200-year-old building of the future five-star hotel on downtown Szabadsag square will be managed by a Spanish hotel chain. The boutique hotel will comprise 51 luxury rooms. The building, which is currently under reconstruction from top-to-bottom, will gain two new levels to reach its planned seven-storey height.
