HUF 350 bln for R+D in Hungary
A map of the subsidies was published by R+D minister Károly Molnár at a symposium.
About HUF 350 billion in grant money to support research and
development as well as innovation will be available in 2009-
The “map” of the subsidies shows HUF 151 billion will be available for R+D, HUF
67 billion for scientific projects, HUF 59 billion for development of a
knowledge-based society, HUF 46 billion for regional innovation and HUF 27
billion for strengthening EU and international relations.
HUF 126 billion of the HUF 350 billion will be allocated
under the Research and Technology Innovation Fund, HUF 111 billion will come
from the Economic Development Operative Program, HFU 43 billion will come
through the Regional Operative Programs, HUF 33 billion will come from the
Society Renewal Operative Program, HUF 11 billion will come from the Society
Infrastructure Operative Program, HUF 11 billion will come from the National
Scientific Research Base Program, HUF 9 billion will come from the European
Regions Cooperation program, HUF 2 billion will come from the Norwegian Fund
and HUF 1 billion will come from the Swiss Fund.
