Two restaurants – four chef’s hats
The profession is frustrated by the fact that Hungarian gastronomy was unable to earn a Michelin star yet. However, according to information by Index, this year another prestigious guide, GaultMillau registered two Hungarian restaurants among the best: Babel and Fausto’s both got two chef’s hats (15 points out of 20) which equal one Michelin star.
