In search for the best liver sausage and brawn

Not only the best liver sausage is looked for but also the best brawn on the Élelmiszerlánc (Food Chain) World Week. The Hungarian products might be the world leaders on the meat contest.

Application for the contest is possible through flm@floodlawment.hu indicating company information, category, place of purchase and peculiarities. Those recommending products bought at shops or from a butcher can win tickets for the event’s twelve countryside places, while those sending recipies can show their skills in Szigetvár at the Brawn and Liver Sausage World Contest. The winner products will be introduced at a gala in the Castle of Buda – writes szabadfold.hu.
