The Nébih tested breads
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) found deficiencies during the inspection of bakery products, serious food safety risk factors were not found – Nébih told MTI on Wednesday.
The inspection covered the safety and quality attributes of breads. During the investigation the inspectors tested 54 products of 19 different food manufacturing facilities.
The samples were analyzed in the scope of more than half a thousand laboratory tests. Serious food safety risk factors were not found in the products, but in case of 10 products indication deficiencies were found by the specialists. (MTI)
