Hungarian housewives can definitely agree about one thing: they have received plenty of good ideas on how to buy the ideal ham for Easter. Never before did so many ham-tests come out, so it is understandable that KÉKI, the Central Food-science Research Institute has also launched their survey.
“There is wide range of ham-products on the market, and even though the products of various prices are of different quality, they all need to meet the requirements of food-safety” – Dr. Anna Halász, doctor and professor of the Hungarian Science Academy pointed out.
