Preferential loan to agricultural businesses

Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture allows institutions to help the agri businesses with preferential guarantees. At Garantiqa Loan Guarantee Ltd. applications have already been prepared for the reception.

Discount guarantee can be requested for the loans to the primary production of agricultural products, or to promote investment, the purchase of land for cultivation, machinery or software to purchase, or to support young farmers starting up. The now received block exemption makes it possible to the granting institution to fulfill the requirements listed in the state's credit in any three-year guarantee with 400 000 euros supports. The less-favored regions of small and medium-businesses may be granted 500 000 euros support by the institution – reports portfolio.hu.
