KávéBár Bazár and Sommelier Championship in Budapest

The best baristas and bar mixers and the participants of the Hungarian Sommelier Championship will compete at KávéBár Bazár Show and Exhibition in several categories on Saturday and Sunday in Budapest. The visitors of the event can taste more than one hundred products of thirty exhibitors – coffees, wines, spirits and accompanying snacks.

A few years ago, only a few people knew, what a barista or a sommelier do and the bartenders were also responsible for the good party feeling behind the counter. Now this is changing, the task of the beverage professionals became more complex and exciting, they are just like a creative chef – the organizers of the event told MTI.
